Grihastha ka Adhyatmik Jivan

This is a Hindi translation of the book 'Spiritual Life of the Householder'. The current President of the Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Revered Swami Ranganathananda, delivered two impactful discourses on the subjects of 'Grihastha Dharma' and 'How to Become an Ideal Householder' on various occasions. These were published as separate booklets. The discourse on 'Grihastha Dharma', delivered by Revered Swami ji in Hindi on April 12, 1992, at the dedication ceremony of the Ramakrishna Adhbutananda Ashram in Chhapra, Bihar, is now being printed based on a tape recording. On May 17, 1998, at the Ramakrishna Mission, New Delhi, Swami Ranganathananda gave a lecture in English on 'How to Become an Ideal Householder'. Revered Swami ji has revised and re-edited these discourses. The second lecture, 'How to Become an Ideal Householder,' has been translated into Hindi by Swami Urukr*mananda*. These lectures are now being collected and published under a new title, 'The Spiritual Life of the Householder'. We believe that amidst the rapidly changing environment and circumstances of today's society, our householders who wish to shape their lives based on the eternal ideals, values, and high principles of Grihasthashrama will find enlightened thoughts and inspiration in this small publication, which will prove helpful in their life's journey. We are grateful to the original publishers of these lectures, the Ramakrishna Mission, New Delhi, and the Sri Ramakrishna Adhbutananda Ashram, Chhapra, for granting us permission to print both these lectures in a single booklet.
