SHIPPING DETAILS (WITHIN INDIA)
Do I get a tracking number?

We will send tracking details to you by email once the order is despatched.

How long does it take to deliver the product?

Once the order is received, it will take 2-3 working days to process the order. After we despatch the order, it will take 4-10 days to deliver the package depending on the delivery service selected. Please find the delivery estimates of different services:

DTDC Courier (4-6 working days)

Delhivery Courier (3-5 working days)

India Post Register Parcel : (7-10 working days) after the despatch of the order 

 

Kindly note that our despatch section remains closed on Sundays. national holidays, major hindu festivals, and second-half of Saturdays.

There might be a delay in shipment of the orders which are placed especially during those holidays.

Order placed after 16.30 IST, will be processed the next working day.

How much do you charge for Shipping?

The shipping charges are computed based on 

 (i) Your choice of shipping carrier (Shiprocket Courier, Delhivery Courier, India Post Express, DTDC etc.)

(ii) Packing Costs

 (iii) Combined Product weight 

 (iv) Location within India

Once you add the products to cart, shipping will be automatically computed and presented to you on the payment page.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

If you’re unable to locate an item you ordered in your package, please send an email to mail@advaitaashrama.org within 2 days of receiving the order. We will correspond with you to resolve the issue.

The Ashrama, however, is not liable for any loss of items during transit.

What should I do if an item is defective?

If you received defective product from us, please send an email to mail@advaitaashrama.org 

with a snap shot of the product and a close-up of the defect [2 photos in total] within 2 days of receiving the order.

Advaita Ashrama will contact you to resolve the issue. The Ashrama, however, is not liable for any damage caused during transit.

How do I place an order for Store Pick Up?
  1. You can select the items, and during checkout, you will be shown the options for physical store pickup along with courier options. Please select the physical store pickup options and proceed for the payment.
  2. Make your payment online.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email on successful order placement.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email when your items are ready for pickup.
  5. Once you receive the confirmation message, you can pick up your photos at

How much does this service cost?

There are no additional charges for this service. It is free.

How do I know if my order is ready in the store for collection?

We will notify you via email once your products are ready for pick up. Please show your order invoice (either hard copy or soft copy on your mobile) for collecting the package.

Can someone else collect the order on my behalf?

Yes. As a proof of your order, the order invoice needs to be brought, after the order verification you will receive the package.

What do I need to bring to the store to pick up my order?

After you receive your “Ready for pickup” email, you’ll need to bring the order invoice to collect your order. You will not be able to pick up your order at the store until you have received your “Ready for pickup” email.

What if I already placed my order but now I want to get it shipped instead?

You may cancel your order and place a new one to be shipped. Please note that order refund will not include the transaction charges by the Payment gateway.  Alternatively you may send an email to mail@advaitaashrama.org requesting the change and you would be sent an estimate of the shipping cost with a payment link.

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel the order, drop us a message to mail@advaitaashrama.org within 12 hours of placing the order mentioning the reason(s) for your decision to cancel. 


Refunds will not be considered once the order is packed or shipped. Any refund will exclude the payment gateway charges.

How long will it take to get back my money if I cancel the order?

Once we refund the payment, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account. Actual time taken for refund depends on your payment cycle with your bank.
