How do I place an order for Store Pick Up?
  1. You can select the items, and during checkout, you will be shown the options for physical store pickup along with courier options. Please select the physical store pickup options and proceed for the payment.
  2. Make your payment online.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email on successful order placement.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email when your items are ready for pickup.
  5. Once you receive the confirmation message, you can pick up your books at

How much does this service cost?

There are no additional charges for this service, on the contrary, it is absolutely free.

How do I know if my order is ready in the store for collection?

We will notify you via email once your products are ready for pick up. Please bring your order invoice either hard copy or soft copy on your mobile while collecting the package.

Can someone else collect the order on my behalf?

Yes. As a proof of your order, the order invoice needs to be brought, after the order verification you will receive the package.

What do I need to bring to the store to pick up my order?

After you receive your “Ready for pickup” email, you’ll need to bring that email to the store. You will not be able to pick up your order at the store until you have received your “Ready for pickup” email.

What if I already placed my order but now I want to get it shipped instead?

You will need to cancel your order and place a new one to be shipped. Same thing will be applicable if you placed an order to be shipped and now want to pick up instead.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

What shall I do if I receive a damaged or defective book?

Please send us the screenshot of the damaged or defective book within 7 days of delivery of the product. Once, we confirm with our publication department; we shall send you a new copy of the book. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you exchange.

What shall I do if I receive wrong Books?

Please send us the screenshot of the book. We shall send you the correct copy of the book at the earliest. We request you to send us back the wrong items and we shall bear the shipping costs.

How long will it take to get back my money?

Once we refund the payment, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account. Actual time taken for refund depends on your payment cycle with your bank.

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel the order, drop us a message to [email protected] within one hour after placing the order. The money will be refunded to your account. Refunds will not be considered once the order is packed or shipped.

What should I do if an item is defective?

If there’s a few pages missing from a book or a CD/DVD, that’s not working, please email to [email protected] and we will send you a replacement. If it’s a damaged item during shipping, we will need some form of proof that the item (a picture/photo of that item) is defective and we can ship the product again.

Do I get a tracking number?

We will send tracking details to you once the order is despatched.

How long does it take to deliver the product?

Once the order is received, it will take 2-3 working days to process the order. After we despatch the order, it will take 4-7 days to deliver the package depending on the courier services. Please find the estimated date of delivery of the courier services.

Kindly note that our despatch section remains close on Saturday ( after 12.00 noon ), Sunday and other national and Math holidays.

There might be a delay in shipment of the orders which are placed especially during those holidays.

Order placed after 16.30 IST, will be processed in the next working day.

If there’s a few pages missing from a book or some printing issue makes the text illegible, please email to [email protected] with the details and images of the affected portion. We will send you the scanned images of the same.

Yes, you will be getting a tracking number as soon as the order has been dispatched from Ashrama
